Insurance and liability

All tenants are responsible for their own insurance of property. We also recommend that the tenent check their own insurance company coverage.

YRL has assured the property. Extra assurance is the liability of the property owner and a legal expense insurance. Property insurance only covers damange to the property. Liability insurance for damage which the property owner has the valid right to be liable.
