Rental terms

- Short term rental or continuing contract with the (minimum 1 month)

- Rent guarantee: 2 months, return on expirement of contract

- Given notice period is 1 calendar month

- Electricity included in rent

- Alternations and shelves only by order fixture or fittings are not to be attached to building (inside or out)

- Tenant is responsible of own rubbish/waste

- Rental payment due on the 5th day of every month

- Your keycode will be received with first rent and guarantee contract

- Otherwise the law applies to the commercial primises law

- Rental guarantee of 1 month rent will be returned to tenant on expirement of contract
